This service provides priority replies to all WhatsApp messages for either 2 weeks or 6 weeks. This support is perfect for those who need ongoing guidance but don't require full one-to-one consultations or additional phone calls.

With WhatsApp support, you will receive priority replies to your messages, with daily responses within 24 hours. The service allows you to send me unlimited questions or queries related to your dog's health, diet, or behavior, as well as requests for product reviews or ingredient analysis.

This service is not suitable for dogs with complex health issues (e.g., gut imbalances, skin issues) as it is designed for general questions, product recommendations, and ongoing minor support. It’s ideal for otherwise healthy dogs or those who have already addressed underlying health concerns during a one-to-one consultation.

If your dog has health-related concerns, such as allergies or ongoing digestive issues, WhatsApp support is not an appropriate alternative to a full consultation. During your initial phone call, we will determine whether WhatsApp support is suitable based on your dog's condition.
