If you feel that you need continued support beyond the initial 8 to 10 weeks, there are three options available to extend your service. These extensions are all separate services and can be booked on the Main Consultation Page where you’ll find detailed information and pricing.
No, follow-up calls are only for clients who have already completed an initial consultation or one-to-one consultation. If you haven't had a consultation yet, please book an initial phone call first.
Yes, if there is availability, you can extend the call during the conversation. However, additional charges will apply, and you will be invoiced after the call.
Yes, but only for general advice. This service is for dogs that do not have underlying health concerns, as support will be limited to general advice, food recommendations, and product reviews. If your dog has a health issue, I will recommend a one-to-one consultation instead.
No, there are no refunds for WhatsApp support. Once paid, you will receive the full amount of support based on the duration chosen (2 weeks or 6 weeks).
No, this extension is only available for clients who have completed their one-to-one consultation within the last four weeks. If your consultation ended more than four weeks ago, you'll need to book a new initial phone call and consultation.
Yes, extensions must be booked within four weeks of the end of your initial one-to-one consultation. After this period, the support offered may no longer be relevant to your dog’s condition, and a new consultation may be needed.
This ensures a one-to-one consultation is suitable for your dog. Some dogs have serious health concerns that require a holistic vet rather than a nutritionist. Others may not require a full consultation and may get all the advice they need from the initial phone call.
This plan runs for 8 to 10 weeks, but you will always receive 10 weeks of support, regardless of how quickly your dog progresses. If you need further support beyond this period, we can discuss extending the plan at an additional cost.

Yes! If you have multiple dogs in the same household, you can add an extra dog for £50, and they will receive their own separate consultation.
First Steps Call (30 mins): We outline your plan and discuss your first steps, such as transitioning to an interim diet and starting gut healing.
Follow-Up Call 1 (30 mins): Tracks progress and provides your next steps, such as gradual diet transition.
Follow-Up Call 2 (15 mins): Monitors improvements and ensures we’re on track.
Final Review Call (15 mins): Determines if your dog has reached a good place or if further support is needed. If you require more time, we can discuss an extension at an extra cost.
I will send you a Google Form with key questions about your dog. This must be completed at least 24 hours before our first call.
If you choose a payment plan and later decide to stop:
The £40 deposit remains non-refundable.
Any instalments already paid are non-refundable.
No further payments will be required beyond what you have already paid.
For example:
If you’ve only paid the £40 deposit, no more payments are required, but no refunds are given.
If you’ve made additional instalments, the amount you’ve already paid will not be refunded, but you won’t need to pay the remaining balance.
This policy ensures fairness, as each instalment reflects time spent working on your dog’s case. If you have any concerns about payment, please reach out before booking so we can discuss the best option for you.
If you pay the full £195 upfront, no part of this payment is refundable, as work on your dog’s case starts immediately.
If you’re unsure about committing to the full amount at once, I recommend choosing a payment plan instead.
Refunds are not available. However, depending on how you choose to pay, you may not have to pay for the full service if you decide to stop before completing it.
The £40 deposit is always non-refundable, whether:
You pay it separately as the first instalment of a payment plan.
It is included within a full upfront payment of £195.
From the moment you book, I begin working on your case—reviewing your Q&A form, researching your dog’s history, preparing notes, and structuring your consultation plan. The deposit covers this time and cannot be refunded.
Yes, I offer flexible payment plans tailored to your needs. You can split the £195 total into smaller instalments, but the first payment must be made before receiving any support.
Here’s how the standard payment plan works:
1st Payment: Before receiving the Q&A form
2nd Payment: After the Q&A, before the First Steps Call
3rd Payment: After the First Steps Call, before Follow-Up Call 1
4th Payment: After Follow-Up Call 1, before Follow-Up Call 2
5th Payment: Before the Final Review Call
If you prefer a different instalment schedule, such as:
Two payments (e.g., half upfront and half later)
A larger first payment (e.g., £110 first, then the remainder in the second payment)
This can be arranged. Payment plans are discussed individually based on what works best for you.
⚠️ Important: If payments are delayed, your support period remains 10 weeks. This means that if payments are spread out too much, we may not complete all check-ins within your timeframe. If needed, a long-term payment plan (e.g., £10 per week) is available, but you will not start receiving support until a significant portion is paid upfront.
Option 1: Full One-to-One Consultation Extension
You can choose to extend the one-to-one consultation by an additional two weeks or six weeks. This option includes everything you previously had, such as:
Full check-in WhatsApp support
Phone calls
Written plans and detailed annotated notes
Follow-up phone calls as necessary
Ongoing support and guidance
This is perfect for dogs with complex conditions that require more time for gradual improvement or additional dietary, behavioural, or health adjustments.
Option 2: WhatsApp Support Extension
If you only need WhatsApp support, you can extend this service for either two weeks or six weeks. With this option, you'll receive:
Priority replies to your WhatsApp messages
Unlimited questions and support within the chosen time frame
Please note: This extension does not include phone calls, annotated notes, or written plans. It’s simply a focused support system through WhatsApp, perfect for clients who need constant updates and advice without additional phone consultations.
Option 3: Separate Phone Calls
If you prefer to continue your support through separate phone calls, you can book:
15-minute calls
45-minute calls
These phone calls are chargeable and can be booked whenever you need them. You can schedule as many as you like and use the time to discuss any issues, concerns, or questions about your dog’s progress. Each call will be treated as a separate service and billed accordingly.

Of course, you may not know if you’ll need additional support until you’re closer to the end of your initial consultation plan. That’s why it’s worth noting that these extension options are available. We will discuss your needs during your review call towards the end of your plan, and at that time, we can decide whether or not an extension is necessary based on your dog’s progress and your requirements.

The call lasts 45 minutes. You will provide your phone number, and I will call you at a pre-arranged time.
Yes, I will email you a brief overview of what we discussed.
I will send you a Google Form with questions to complete before our call. This must be filled in at least 24 hours before our scheduled call date.
Come with as much relevant information as possible. While we may not cover everything in the first call, I may reference things like vaccination records, so having your dog’s booklet to hand can be useful. Noting down details like their current weight, last flea and worming treatment, and most recent vet visit can also help. Many of these will be covered in the Google Form, so additional notes would only be for your reference. You may also want to list any specific concerns or questions you’d like to discuss.
Yes, the call is capped at 45 minutes. While I may allow the call to slightly overrun by a minute or two, I reserve the right to inform you when we are reaching the end of our time—regardless of what we are discussing.
If you would like to extend the call, this is only possible if I have availability at that time, and additional charges will apply (rates listed above).
Alternatively, if you don’t have time for a full 45-minute session, you can split the session into two calls (e.g., a 30-minute call and a 15-minute follow-up at a later time).
I will always ensure we cover everything necessary within our time. If we reach the end of the discussion early, I will ask if you have any additional questions.
However, if you feel you have no further topics to discuss and we finish before 45 minutes, the call will not be extended, and no refunds will be given for the remaining time.
That being said, most calls naturally take the full 45 minutes as I work to cover all bases and provide as much value as possible.
If the call goes over by a minute or two as I wrap things up, there will be no additional charge. I will always aim to cover all important information within the 45 minutes. However, if we exceed the time further and haven’t agreed to extend it, I will let you know as we near the end of our scheduled time.
You can extend your call in two ways:-Before the call: If you know you need more time, simply let me know when booking, and we will arrange an extended call. The additional time will be charged at the rates below, and you will pay for it before the call begins.-During the call: If you're already on the call and feel you need more time, I can extend the call if both of us have availability. The extra time will be charged at the rates below, and I will send you an invoice after the call. Payment for the extended time is required upon receipt of the invoice.
Payment plans are available. You can pay in any instalments that suit you, but full payment (£40) must be made before the call. You can schedule the call in advance for a date when you know you will have completed payment.
If we both agree that further support is needed, I will advise you on how to book a one-to-one consultation.
Here are the costs for extending your initial phone call:
Extra 15 minutes: £10
Any other extra time will be based on 15 minute intervals regardless if you use the extra 15 minutes for example if you want an extra 30 minutes it’s £20 if you want an extra 35 or 40 mins it’s an extra 15 which gives you up to 45 mins at £35
These rates apply whether you’ve agreed to extend the call before or during the call. Please note that payment must be made before the call for prior arrangements, or after the call upon invoice for extensions arranged during the call
No, once we have had our 45-minute call, no refunds will be issued. The fee covers my time, expertise, and the advice given, regardless of the information discussed.
