Follow-Up Phone Calls
Follow-up phone calls are available for clients who have already booked an initial consultation or one-to-one consultation. These calls are suitable for clients who require additional guidance but do not need a full consultation extension.
Follow-up calls come in two time options: 15 minutes or 45 minutes, and can be booked on a one-off basis. If you've already completed a one-to-one consultation and are within four weeks of your plan ending, these calls can also act as an extension of your service, helping you continue with the support you need.

If you feel that your initial phone call or consultation has provided you with most of the information, but you'd like additional support or clarification, a follow-up phone call is perfect for you. These calls are ideal for addressing ongoing issues or questions that arise after your consultation.
You must book this service within 4 weeks of the end of your original consultation or follow-up call

If additional time is needed beyond the initial 15 or 45 minutes, you can extend the call in 15-minute increments at the following rates:

Extra 15 minutes (£10)

Extra 45 minutes (£35)

You must pay for the extended time prior to the call or agree on additional time during the call. If a call exceeds the agreed time without prior notice or approval, no additional charges will be applied.
